More than 750 of you signed an Open Letter to the Gelson’s developer to reduce its huge, unpopular project at the corner of Lincoln and Ocean Park Blvds. The developer (Cypress Equity) has more than a dozen projects in the pipeline in Santa Monica. It’s a partner in our community. It needs to step up and be a responsible corporate citizen, one that acts on residents’ concerns instead of steamrolling the process.

Stay tuned and thank you for joining with us – together we will make a difference.
